Known for his kind and humorous nature, Bobby was a dedicated family man, leaving behind his mother Peggy, sisters Marcy and Bethany, daughter Lauren, son Brandon, and grandson Anden, among other family members. He graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1978 and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Texas State University in 1987. Bobby spent over 30 years working in insurance underwriting and had a passion for creativity, which he expressed through woodworking, photography, and gardening. He enjoyed video games and driving his Mustang while listening to classic rock bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Led Zeppelin. Bobby was also known for his playful personality, often giving affectionate nicknames to his loved ones. He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Family visitation will take place on March 10, 2025, with the funeral service scheduled for March 11, 2025, at Boze Mitchell McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.
